ROYAL SUCCESSION UPENDED: Saudi Arabia names new crown prince

In a surprise move, Saudi Arabia's King Salman appointed his son Mohammed bin Salman, 31, as crown prince. Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, who is well-known in Washington, had been first in line to the throne.
