What the White House is Talking About:
President Trump and his family leave today for Thanksgiving in Palm Beach, Florida, at Mar-a-Lago.

What the White House Press Corps is Talking About:
A pretty smooth turkey pardon, tbh.

Turkey Pardon? It's Handled:
Trump really didn't blow it at all at the turkey pardoning this afternoon, handling his official duties like a pro, sticking to the prompter, being funny (but not too funny, not like Obama funny), and even, wait for it, petting the turkey. He made a couple of jokes, but nothing really stood out -- except for Melania Trump's autumnal coat, which was amazing, see below for details -- and the whole thing was relatively painless and over in less than 20 minutes. Barron Trump, 11, was also on hand for the ceremony, dressed sharply in a suit and tie.

Also spotted, Tiffany Trump. Trump's second daughter was seated in the front row, two seats down from Ivanka Trump, separated by Ivanka's two oldest kids, Arabella and Joseph.

Also, omg can that Arabella rock a bow.

MAGA Hats, But For Christmas:
The newest Make America Great Again hats up for sale are Christmas-themed, with the only noticeable difference being some embroidered colored lights and "Merry Christmas" on the back -- and yet at $45 they're 20 bucks more than the regular ol' red MAGA hats.

Dress Like the First Lady:
Melania Trump wore two great coats this week -- well, "wore" in that way she does without actually putting her arms through the sleeves. One, for yesterday's official Christmas tree arrival, is Calvin Klein 205W29NYC, available here for $1,597.50. Today she wore this $1,625 Stella McCartney floral-patterned, jacquard tapestry coat over a leather pencil skirt and turtleneck.
